The worst ins comp on this planet. Customer service i have no words dont know why they are for. I met with accident and filed a claim. After 20 days somehow got to know that not processed bcoz of suryer. This irresponsble person for no reason had not submitted report .This people have no empathy and are careless will give big time jazz . The ever bad experince of my life . I will recommend not at all go with this freaking ins comp to everyone in this world. This comp shucks and is worthless and .....

A completely inept insurer who's claim team are perpetually experiencing computer errors and will be unable to handle any claim. Instead they will efficiently pass you from department to department like a giant telephone version of pass the parcel game.

Do not take insurance policy out with this broker , I'd actually put it to you if you do have a policy with them that your vehicle is not actually insured.

I had fully comprehensive insurance.
