you can only contact this company by phone or post nightmare if you don't have a printer to print or copy documents, so i sent them original renewal notice, in prepaid envelope as instructed, 2 weeks later surly letter arrives telling me to prove my no claims or policy will be cancelled, telephone them (another fiver spent on there lo call rate number) to explain the friendly girl explains that they have a backlog and don't worry she will sort it and call me back if there is a problem, i hear nothing until 1 week later a letter arrives telling me they are cancelling the policy, cannot email them to explain situation, and as only proof i have is grainy picture i took on my phone of renewal notice prior to posting it i am a tad upset, oh and they also said they will be in touch about the cancellation fee, i am guessing this will be the entire premium,very disappointed with this lot do not use them, ever!

I decided to buy a new bike, so phoned in order to change the policy to the new bike. They wanted £80 to make the change, the original policy was only £120. Decided it may be better to cancel and start again. Unfortunately I was only two months in to the policy, so they took £60 and gave me only £40 back. Will never use the company again, feel right ripped off. The daft thing is, if the charges had been reasonable, they would have made more than the £60 in the long run. I have another bike insured with them, but won't be renewing that one with them next year.

what a bunch of fking w+nkers tried for last 3 days to get an aditional bike covered and after waiting like a mug in fone queue only to be told they would call me back on three occasions and i said is that for deffinate as i need insurance cover { yes they said } lying b+strds do not deal with this bunch of pr+cks

Total bunch of crooks who renew your insurance against your wishes and take money from your account and refuse to allow you to cancel your policy or give you a refund.

We had to close down and change bank accounts to stop these con men from taking anymore money

after selling my bike i thought this would be the easy bit...oh how wrong could i be, countless calls, letters, am thoroughly fed up and cant believe i got caught by this lot

my insurance was £210 TPO, When it came to renewal they bumped the price up to £780 and automatically took it out of my mothers bank account (i was having proplems with my card at the time) With out even Leting me know! now i have cancelled 1 month after the money came out. they refundd the money but then said i have to pay them the 'time at risk' price which was £188!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I CANCELLED A MOTORCYCLE POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY WITH 9 MONTHS LEFT TO RUN I GOT NO MOEY BACK AND HAD TO PAT THEM ANOTHER £30 TO CANCEL IT WHAT A RIP OFF

Automatically renewed my policy without even asking me, they said I should have opted out of automatic renewal. When you ring them your stuck in a queue for ages and they don't answer emails. AVOID. The original policy price was ok but their renewal price wasnt competitive.

Dont even think of dealing with this company. They automatically renew your insurance, without sending renewal documantation, They have broker fees and go knows what charges added with no knowledge of mine ,which they then wont refund if you ask for your money back. I have spoken to my bank as the money was taken without my permission, they will refund this for me. I have to question the FSA allowing such dubious practice to take place. the company of course, hide behind saying calls are recorded etc. God only knows what it will be like if you need to claim from them.

I suggest anyone else who deals with them to speak to their bank if they take payment without permission.

For you own piece of mind and safety of pocket dont use them

A quote insurance are a rip off.

They automaticaly renew your insurance after the year without your agreement and try and charge you for the first installment.

when i queried this they said this is in the small print.

I BEGRUDGE GIVING THEM ANY STARS IN THE RATINGS.

So beware they are very crafty dont use them.
