Ups Lost My Package So Assurant Has A Effed Up Policy!
UPS lost my package, my Iphone6, and assurant can not do anything about til they finish their investigation that will take up to 14 days.....I am now 13days since I should of received my phone but of course.....the counting begins when I called them to let them know my phone was not delivered.
So, while they investigate I am with a loaner phone older than the first phones that came in......no internet....well...what can I say...It sure the hell can not be compared to an Iphone 6!
Assurant collected the deductible from me right away....and here I am without my phone because an error UPS made. I am a very upset about the way this has been handled! I can not believe that Assurant can not send another phone out to me while they investigate UPS!
