Ultimate Scamster Phone Company. They Stated My Cl

ULTIMATE SCAMSTER PHONE COMPANY. THEY STATED MY CLAIM WAS DELAYED BY 24 HOURS DUE TO ROYAL MAIL EVEN THOUGH I PROVED I HAD POSTED IT WITHIN THE ALLOCATED TIME SCALEAND SO I LOST £240 AS THEY INVALIDATED MY ENITRE CASHBACK CLAIM. I GOT TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH CASHBACK CLAIMS PROBLEMS AS THEY ARE SO COMPLICATED.

I WOULD NEVER URGE ANYONE TO SIGN UP WITH MOBILERAINBOW AS YOU WILL ENCOUNTER DIFFICULTIES THAT ARE HARD TO RESOLVE.

GO WITH ANY OF THE SAFER ONES IE M2YD, E2SAVE, PHONES4U AT LEAST YOU CAN WRITE, EMAIL OR CALL THEM.

MOBILE RAINBOW WILL NEVER EVER BE IN MY GOOD BOOKS AND I WILL ALWAYS MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THAT POOR COMPANY

WE ALL NEED TO COMPLAIN TO WATCHDOG NOW AND THEN MAYBE WE WILL ALL GET SOMETHING BACK

Folks Exceptions Are Always There. Even I Availed

Folks exceptions are always there. Even I availed one of the contract phone deals through mobilerainbow.co.uk, but I had no such experience. I was promised a free gift and believe me, I got hold of it without any hassle. More recently, my Mom availed one of their cash back deals and she was paid the entire amount. To me, the entire experience has been enriching.

As everyone else I sent my cashback claim exactly as it should and they paid the first couple and then never paid anymore even though I had sent the claim exactly as it should. This company is very bad and I have friends who had the same problems.

these guys take your money and the big comission they get from the phone companies and scam you along for months!

The cashback won't come!

i took them to court, paying £25, then a further £50, still no money despite the fact the court decided he owed my nearly £500 which he was ordered to pay, if i want to take it further I have to pay again! WTF!

this is messed up! he shouldn't be gettting away with this- get watchdog involved! scumbag!

This company along with their sister website, youtring.com, icallglobe.com, bunnyconnect.com, rupizmedia.com, rupizinfotech.com, mobilerainbow.co.uk, msols.com are scammers. they operate numerous websites and aim to make as much money as possible even if it means deceit and fraud. How comes I cant leave zero starts for this company. It pains me even to give one star!

In Sept 2006 I Took Out 3 Contracts, I Complied To

In Sept 2006 I took out 3 contracts, I complied to the terms and conditions but only ever received 4 payments last 1 back around July 2007, and am still owed 5 totalling £847.50. I phoned, sent letters, emailed but just to be ignored in the end I decided to take it to court, they admitted they owed me the money and said it would be paid July this never happened.

There Are So Many People Out There With The Same P

There are so many people out there with the same problem with cashback. No problems with getting the phone though, just hope that you never need to contact them, as it is hard to get them on the phone and just don't give you all anwsers via email. One to avoid!

I Am In The Process Of Being Taken To Court By T-

I am in the process of being taken to court by T- Mobile because I stopped the direct debit on my phone after being refused my cash back I rang T-Mobile up in January and told them Mobile Rainbow were selling contracts for them and not paying out. 4 months later they were still trading with them. They are just as bad. I WILL NOT pay as I don't like being treated this way by anyone.Mick Walton

I Bought My Phone From Them, As I Was Promised The

I bought my phone from them, as I was promised they'd refund the line rental. However I submitted my claim forms, only to be told that I hadn't got all of the documents included (I had) and therefore that month's claim was invalid, which invalidated every claim subsequently - in short, I wouldn't get any money back at all. I tried chasing this up for months and was initially told to go away and then ignored every time I contacted them In the end, I gave up. I lost a lot of money - I recommend you do NOT buy from them. A terrible, terrible company with dreadful customer service!
