Posted this review on Supercover which appears to be the same company. Buyer beware thy are total charlatans who use any and every ploy to get out of paying up. My claim was refused on the grounds that the thief took the stolen phone to a shop somewhere and Apple allowed it to be exchanged som three weeks after it was stolen! Not quite sure how that makes me liable? The call centre was a travesty no one ever rings back you have to chase hem endlessly on peak rate lines! Steer well clear
