I made a claim for my iPhone a little while ago. They have a very strict claim process but if your claim is of a genuine nature you will definitely be successful.

I got through quite easily and my phone was replaced with a new handset after two weeks. However their premium line is not cheap when calling from mobile. Cost about 30p /min.

But overall quite pleased with their service

Foneshield Insurance are very very cheap, very friendly stuff and easy to reach them. They don't cover loss, but who does? They seem to geniunely care about customrs.
