4 U Mobile Phone Insurance

Got a phone on contract from Phones 4 U £15.00 A Month 300'min's the phone i picked was a LG KU9903 18 Month contract.Over the 5 Months i had the phone it went in for repair 4 times exchanged twice.On the 12 Dec i went back to the store as still had problems with phone ( would only hold charge for about 12 hours at most)I asked if they would give me the phone that my Wife had a Samsung F480 I had asked before but was told would only give a like for like phone.They did agree to do this and was told they were in stock and they would send to store so i could swop phones,After a week still no phone rang customer services told could take 7 days rang again 23 Dec told phone sent out should be there soon.phoned 24 Dec told sorry messed up phone not sent out.I said that i was going to end contract they said i could'nt as contract was with 3.Phoned 3 told that if i wanted to end contract it would cost me £120.00 I explained what had happened and there attatude was we dont care.I have stopped my payments through the Bank and waiting to see what they do.I had spoken to 3 about this before and they said i could buy a phone from them but i had to also extend my contract by 6 months.They did offer me a choice of 3 older phones free but not suatable as not touch phones.

Carphone warehouse and Phones 4u to name two.
