Top quote have contacted me on at least three separate occasions over two years to discuss my old legal and general policy that runs out in three years i.e. on year 22 of 25.

I have continually told them that I am not looking for another policy however months later I get yet another call.

If they call again I will be telling them to go away and sending something similar to Legal and General for passing on my information to them!

Pushy sales team obviously incentivised on sales and not customer satisfaction. They falsely attatch themselves to Legal and General for whom they are no more than a broker for.After buying my details from L&G they periodically hound me to change my 10year old policy for a new apparently upgraded one. Which upon investigation axtually covers me for more than any new one anybody can offer.

If you want time to think forget it. They insist on sending a salesman in the guise of a courier the very next day.

On top of the bad service bad advice and all the paperwork they require to cover themselves from future complaints they know are coming. Due to the commision L&G pay them for your business they are actually a lot more expensive. How they get away with it and why L&G tarnish their good name is beyond me.

Steer clear!!!!!!!

I used Top Quote UK for my life insurance, the staff were very helpful and the advisor who was not pushy found me a great deal. I actually recommended them to my friend and family. It's a shame more brokers don't work in such a professional manner.

The adviser I spoke to was really really helpful and explained everything about the cover I was looking for. I got some really helpful tips that I wouldn't have thought of and ended up with a quote that was better than I could find anywhere else.
