Salesperson was very helpful and explained all our options. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot and info was emailed to us so we could discuss our options in our own time. We ended up with a far better insurance than we had for less money - can't say better than that!

The salesman whom I spoke too not only answered all my questions about something I was going to buy anyway, he made me feel like a close friend. If all salespeople could communicate the same as this guy then the counties deficit would disappear overnight.

As a point of interest the product isn't exciting and it's a laborious process trying to sell it but he managed to do so with aplomb. So Kudos to him.
