Having contacted Future Proof for some advice on Life insurance I was taken aback with the prompt and professional advice I was given from the very first conversation to my policy being put in place.

It has been the simplest and effortless process I have every been through.

It was a quick and easy process. I had a existing policy and outlined what had changed in my life since taking that one out. The advisor gave me lots of different options to choose from and when I asked for her recommendation she gave me a detailed explanation as to why she was recommending that particular policy. I am very happy with the outcome as I have a much better policy which takes my current situation into account and it's not breaking the bank either. I received a confirmation email with details before the changes were made and the details arrived in the post the following day! A very efficient service indeed.

Really impressed with how knowledgeable the staff are at Future proof. After a phone call from them I realised that my old policy didn't offer the best cover for my needs. The new policy incudes lots of extras and much better cover for critical illnesses. There was no pressure to upgrade, the phone call was just to inform me of changes to my policy. They contact me regularly by email to make sure any changes are kept up to date. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Having reviewed my existing policy, I recognised the need to amend the policy. After lengthy discussions to assess my requirements, a new policy was set up. Two days later I decided that I wanted a small change made to the new policy and this was done immediately with no fuss. Excellent service all round.

v good service. Friendly and knowledgeable. He was very personable, promised to do things and actually did as he said, unlike many companies. Explained the advantages of certain policies and came up with a price that beat all others,14% less, for a better product than I had been told was the cheapest possible ( L + G).

I was not happy about being contacted by an unknown company but I am very glad they did.
