Contact Insurance

Tried to call them the other day about my life insurance policy and found out that they have gone bust!

Worth checking this firm out. I was browsing around for life insurance quotes when I found Contact Insurance. The site was more professional than any I'd seen elsewhere, with comparison checks online. I eventually called them based on an onsite quote. But instead of a pushy salesman, I got a very knowlegdgeable person who talked through my situation and told me about Relevant Life Cover. Bottom line I saved about 40% and got a huge tax-break with it as well.

When I looked for life insurance I started out using comparison sites and ultimately my case got passed to Contact Insurance who seem to do the real work behind the comparison sites. The quote was immediately competitive. Most notable was the service and support throughout the various processes from quote to policy details and even the medical I went through. The communication throughout each stage was all handled brilliantly by Contact; personable and professional at the same time. I may have been able to shave a quid or two off the cost by digging around, but I certainly would not have been looked after as well as I was by Contact Insurance.

I wish I had known about Contact Insurance before messing about on the web. Comparison sites are good for getting an idea of what is out there, but you don't get all products and as far as getting things sorted out and managed, I am glad I found Contact Insurance.

I only recently started looking for life insurance and I really did not have the first clue about what cover I needed or how much I should be paying.

Their website is fairly simple but has some useful information, but more improtantly it allowed me to compare all the major life insurance companies online and actually be given instant online quotes (many of the comparison sites I had tried before simply took my info and gave no online quote). The quotes returned by Contact Insurance were very competitive and the quote was followed up by a very professional phone call from Contact that helped answer a few questions I had and I ended up purchasing an Aviva life insurance (cheaper than when I had checked with Aviva directly!!)

Too cut a long story short I am very pleased that I bought my Life Insurance from Contact Insurance and would heartily recommend their website and customer support.
