i have used clarke roxburgh for many years for both house and motor insurance

the staff are always helpful with any queries i may have about details i am unsure about.

they will do their best to get me a competitive quote.

while they may not always be the cheapest out there they are local and easy to get in touch with either by phone or in person.

i will continue to use their services as other providers do not offer the same level of cover for the cheaper price given

Absolutely useless. Unreliable staff, high premiums, dingy office.

I have given 5 stars for 'value for money.' Although they are not the cheapest out there, you get what you pay for. They are never going to beat all these direct companies, but the service you get form these people is second to none. I have been a customer for 6 years now. No press 1 for this, 2 for that. Staff call you back when they say they will. Excellent service.

Brilliant customer service at Clarke Roxburgh Insurance Brokers, as this is not a large call centre. We have had 3 cars for the past few years, and several accidents. Every time the service was top quality and we were very pleased.
