First Claim Pain
After years of insuring a property and never making a claim Aspria, First Direct loss adjustors are taking forever to settle. When I called up the initial a company conversation was. 'I have never claimed before but I had to get a company I trust in to make emergency repairs to a wet ceiling above a bed. I hope that as I haven't made a claim before and because I have already settled up the £700 you will make sure we are re-imbursed quickly.' Now; weeks later I have to get wound up chasing the money. I assumed the loss adjustors were a different company but no, they are all in it together. Never again!

Never Ever Insure Your Car With First Direct. The
Never ever insure your car with First direct. The service is rubbish. I have to say I totally agree with one of the reviewer that First direct banking service is really good but their car insurance is insurance from hill. They cancelled my policy despite sending them all the documentations they requested then they charged me £60 for cancelation. It's DISCUSTING. Will never recommend First direct to anyone. BAD BAD BAD

Whilst Their Banking Services Are Excellent, First
Whilst their banking services are excellent, First Direct's insurance services (both home and car) are, quite frankly useless. First Direct have partnered with a number of shockingly second-rate insurance providers and refuse to get involved in any customer service issues -> we've spent hours on the phone trying to fix problems with our cover. They're hopeless.
