A Policy That Is Worthless
I won't go into the details of my claim, but was shocked with this company when I made a claim. They should stop spending money on those "we can be bothered" adverts and spend the money on some customer service.

Great Company, Until You Try And Make A Claim. Too
Great company, until you try and make a claim. Too many issues to bore you with here, but simplyhealth will not be getting any more premiums from me.
What also confused me was when I found out they were a mutual. How can they be when I see no benefit as a member and the directors get such huge bonuses? I have never been asked to vote on anything, but I though I would have that right as a member. I will keep clear.

This Company Is A Joke. They Used To Be Very Good,
This company is a joke. They used to be very good, but things have gone downhill since they became Simplyhealth. I think all our premiums are going into those silly adverts. The company is supposed to be a mutual, owned for our benefit, but has become a joke. I have just switched to health365 and halved my premium.

BCWA are now called Simply Health.
Simply Health's motto is "we can be bothered"... Lets be real the only this this joke of a company care about is the money that is going into there pockets. What's interesting is how badly downhill BCWA went when Simply Health took over. Simply health used to be HSA and as many of you might have read they were even worse than simply health are now!
I have been with them for 29 years and as such i feel im within rights to review and judge simply health.
All i would say is anybody tempted to get medical insurance with them PLEASE DO NOT. there customer service is non existent and there finance team are useless messing up nearly a years worth of payments and direct debits.
At all costs please don't expect your claims to get paid out. They wont be unless there really small or really overdue! I had hospitals chasing me for a year for payments that they kept saying they paid.
SIMPLY HEALTH IS BAD NEWS THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER PROVIDERS WHO REALLY CAN BE BOTHERED!
This is exactly the experience I had with simplyhealth. Would not use them again.
