Horrible ! Dominion National Dental Is A Nightmare !
Kaiser needs to partner with a Dental Company that provides better care ! The annual Amount of benefit is only $ 1,000. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with this Company about claims being processed incorrectly ( Example ) My copay for a pulled tooth was 40.00 and they processed the claim based on a copay of 70.00. When you call about the explanation of benefit being wrong it has to be sent back to claims to reprocess .. you can’t speak to the claims department because customers have to go through their Customer Service Department. The reprocess of the claim can take another 30 -60 days and you can only hope it’s processed correctly ..The Customer Service Team lacks in giving out the correct information on which plan you are on. My husband is on Medicare and we were told he was on the same plan I was.. Again incorrect information and received a bill from the dentist saying I owed 300.00 for his dental because he wasn’t on the same plan as me. I called Dominion and had them merge a call with the dentist and me so that everyone knew coverage copay etc...I hope this helps everyone. I wouldn’t have given them a star Accept that is was required to leave a review.
