Awful Service
I have chosen quote line direct as they price was competitive. Unfortunately I never received my certificate and when trying to ring customer services I have to wait for up to 30 minutes on hold to talk to anyone.
It was virtually impossible to get through to anyone apart for sells team that could not make any decisions.
In the end I decided to cancel my policy and go somewhere else.
