I've been insured with various insurers for 26 year now and never had to make a claim till now. Big big mistake it was going through budget who chose Covea . Bah what dreadful company! First of all they decided my van was a write off, then they decided it could be repaired as they were going to bodge it up! I complained so they again decided to write my van off! Today they offered me £735 for my van its book price is £1850'!! So where an earth did they get this figure from.? Please someone tell me because they couldn't ! I'm now going to try and cancel my claim please wish me luck!
