this insurance company is also lancaster insurance company i was insured with sureterm , i moved house 1 month before my policy was up for renewal i telephoned them so that the renewal would be sent to my new address, they tried to charge me £20 then cancelled my policy while i was still on the phone lancaster who are these people phoned my mobile and offered me car insurance or what.when i asked if they was the same they would not tell me, they would not give me any information as to who owns these company's do not trust these rip off artists .
