Theiving Dishonest Immoral!
I too have had a terrible experience with this company. I went away on business prior to this company auto renewing my policy using my debit card-something I did not autherize them to do! To make matters worse they upped it from £500 to £1124.76!!! Of course upon my return I called to complain and explained that I have been away and that I would never consider such an over inflated premium(money supermarket returned many around the £390-400 mark).
I was told that it is down to me to call them and confim that I do not wish to auto renew and that as I did not I was liable to a cancellation fee of %30(0f £1124.76) together with a cancellation fee of £35!!!!!
I would also add that the only email correspondance is sent after renewal, not to remind you but to inform you of your new policy.
I have asked to be refunded but informed that I am out of luck due to myself not taking the time to read all small print and that all payment records are kept on file for future theft. The bank cannot help in cancelling so I am a victim of their disgracefull practices together with the rest of you.
Be warned and do not use any company with such dire customer policy!
My Mother-in-Law has been subjected to a similar level of disgusting service. I would advise against anyone even thinking of using this poor excuse for an insurance intermediary.

Beware. This Company Like Helping Themselves To Mo
Beware. This company like helping themselves to money from your bank account for no valid reason whatsoever. My proof of no claims was perfectly acceptable to every other insurance company, unfortunately YES decided it wasn't, so they upped my premium to one with no claims discount. I eventually managed to contact them to inform them of their mistake. They agreed, yes we do seem to have made a mistake there is nothing wrong with your proof of no claims, we don't understand why we rejected it. They have still not rectified their mistake. Meanwhile I'm only a few hundred quid out of pocket. I'm contacting the FSA about this bunch. Id advise anyone with similar experiences to do the same. Theres something not quite right about the way this company deals with their customers.
My Mother-in-Law has been subjected to this as well. We are in the process of submitting a complaint to the FSA as we speak. Please, if you are looking for Car Insurance, stay well away from Yes Insurance.co.uk. They are a shambolic excuse for an insurance intermediary.

Careful Guys Yes Insurance Renewed My Car Insuranc
Careful guys YES insurance renewed my car insurance without my authorisation and took the money from my credit card although I am insured with somebody else now . I thought that was a mistake by YES and asked for a refund they said if u don't call to cancel we will renew your insurance and collect the money from your card (by the way the renewal charge was £170 more than last year) and to cancel we will charge u £20 cancellation fees. This is FRAUD

I Have Been Dealing With Yes Insurance Over My Ren
I have been dealing with Yes Insurance over my renewal policy and my no claims discount. They initally accepted my no claims letter of proof, took my money and then said it was not acceptable. Ever since I have been trying to sort this our and all they have done is charge me more money for the privalige. They have a shocking customer service and every time I speak to someone I get a different excuse for not refunding my money
I Have Been Having Problem With Yesinsurance Ever
I have been having problem with Yesinsurance ever since my van was stolen.They added claims to my history which they said provident provided them with, i called them up and they told me I need to speak to provident and they would not help sort out the problem. I called provedent and they told me that YESinsurance can only sort it out, I have spent over 5 days stressing and nothing sorted.What I just found out is the YESinsurance and provident are sister companies, and the are unwilling to communicate with each other.

I would like to thank Yes Insurance for their prompt attention when my car was damaged and I was due to go on holiday. They were polite, helpful and very quick to arrange for a hire car and for the repair.
Great service, and I did not have to fill in any paperwork.
