BEWARE OF LEGAL SCAMS

I was with touchline for several years; lately i received my renewal, and a new credit agreement to sign, (monthly payments) I did not sign but called to cancel on the 14th day (within the cooling off period). They fobbed me off on the phone and told me I had to pay £135 (that's more than my incurrence was for the whole year) total rip off scam, they won't get a penny out of me, seems to be run a bit like the car parking scams i.e "parking eye" how can they pursue me for that amount without me even signing an agreement. The whole system is carefully tailored to hold the customer hostage.
