This company is disgusting. Please don't waste your time or money on this company . And trying to speak to their customer service is like trying to talk to a plank of wood .

Worst Broker Possible
Very amuterish.
I found them useless with any follow up once you have taken out the policy.
Attitude, arrogance and incompetence of staff left me wondering why underwriters would deal with them.
After insisting they have recording of previous conversation and to stop accusing me of lying - one person slammed the phone down on me.

This company pretty much charges you a £25 for simple changes, then try to hit you with a load of charges if you cancel early, not content with this, I found them patronising, aggressive, and downright rude on the phone, their staff seem to act and like playing God, do yourself a favour and stay well clear, there are much better companies out there, they market under Sky Insurance but the company is Sky Insurance Services Group Ltd
Very Poor Service - Leave Well Alone
I recently enquired about a policy and was happy with the quote online and was advised to call the insurance company as they do not allow you to complete your purchaase online.
I sent an email enquiring that if taking the policy and you park your car at another address different to the one on your licence is permitted... as i have previously done this as and it has been accepted by previous insurance companies in the past as they have stated to confirm the address of were the car will be parked and have experienced no problems.
Sky Insurance on the other hand stated when called up to continue with the quote as i had emailed to query this issue based soley on this will not allow me to continue to purchase this policy!!!!
They have made the assumption i will misslead them and park elswere but if i was going to do that i would not have enquired!!!!
The member of staff was very rude and speaking to me like he was speaking to one of his low life friends.
I have never heard of such nonsense and am shocked at how i have been treated and advise others to stay away as very poor service and lack of respect shown.
They obviously do not want the business.
Also they disclose very little upon getting a quote and do not go over what is included in the policy and charges for amendements etc which indicates hidden costs.
Very interesting to see if get a response if any to my complaint submitted.
I fully intend to notify as many people as possible including comparisson websits.
Its disgusting how they operate and the business is run in a disgusting way by uneducated low lives.
