Simple Cover Car Insurance are terrible, we were involved in a accident where a 7 1/2 tonne lorry went into the side of us and hit us again on drivers side causing £5000 damage took 48 hours to have car collected by the garage after numerous phone calls, didn't receive a car from them even though we paid the extra for it, terrible customer service spoke down to my partner and told her we either had to have the car repaired or have the car back the way it is even though the other driver admitted liability and their insurance have said they are writing the car off!!
