Easy Efficient Firm To Deal With
I found the whole transaction fast and efficient - I received an email with the relevant information and when I spoke to a member of staff they were polite and courteous. I advised my daughters to try your website when their car insurances are due.

Not Happy At First

Had to ring customer service today as I hadn't received my documentation as I should have done. Ok so it took a few minutes to get put through but at least it is not an 0845 number. Did not have the shedule sent through to me so I could download them. I got through to JAMES and I am so pleased that I did so - he is polite and caring and goes the extra mile to check that things have been done correctly. It found my Documents and emailed them to me. Thanks James.
