Quotemart is beyond belief. I cancelled my insurance two weeks ago as my insurance is suppose to expire on the 15/08/12. I only just found they've taken £41.00 from my account when the last direct debit was taken out last month. Something needs to be done to stop these thieves. Don't you think its their responsibility to cancel the direct debit when someone cancel their insurance? I'm going call them today and ask for my money back. Idiots!!!!

If you could give no stars I would. The customer service was appalling, no flexibility, no apolgoy, simply towing the party line. Automatic renewal of the policy without consent and then letter sent demanding payment of a cancellation fee which was never highlighted in the correspondence. DO NOT USE.

Quotemart Have Been Taking £4.00 A Mounth From My
Quotemart have been taking £4.00 a mounth from my bank account without my consent since Nov 2011 having only just found out advise nayone taking out insurance to stay well clear of this company I always pay my insurance in full so they should not have kept my details on file as this is a fraudlent act on their behalf. I have now had to go through all records with my bank as to stop them

QUOTEMART RENEWED MY CAR INSURANCE AND TOOK £385 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH OUT INFORMING ME. I HAD LOOKED FOR CHEAPER INSURANCE AND FOUNED THE AA TO BE THE BEST SO I WHENT WITH THEM AND THEN FOUNED OUT I HAD OVER £300 TAKEN OUT BY QUOTEMART.I RANG THEM AND THAY SAID IT WOULD BE 5 TO 6 WORKING DAYS FOR THR RETURN OF MY MONEY,THAY HAVE PAID £351 AND IT WILL TAKE A FEW MORE DAYS FOR THE REST TO PAID TO ME. I WILL NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVEN IF THAY PAID ME
i also had them take money from my account without my permission after I failed to renew with them, and then they ahd the audacity to charge me a cancelation fee. I have taken it to the ombudsman and waiting for their decision but in the meantime I have received threatening letters form their collection agents, so I have had to pay it and now try and get it back. Also C A R S their debt collectors charge for debit card payments which I am also going to fight to get back

Not Sure What To Think Of This Lot Really - Ive Pa
Not sure what to think of this lot really - Ive paid in full and havent needed to use them yet (thankfully!) but just found out that they have been taking £4 per month out of my account without my consent. They have no reason to take any more money out as I paid the full balance for the year! I have reported them to my banks fraud dept who are assesing the case and I hope to have the money refunded (fingers crossed) either way they are using a cancelled card to draw the funds so the bank will put a halt on it if they try and draw anymore. Watch out for the automatic renewal - make sure you phone them to cancel otherwise you'll get charged again (read the small print)

Stay Away From Quotemart And Any Company Under The
STAY AWAY FROM QUOTEMART AND ANY COMPANY UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF BISL LIMITED. The only way I can describe this firm is unreliable, dishonest, untrustworthy and stretch the truth beyond the realms of belief. It has no customer care whatsoever. They give you a very competitive quote only to find that when they start taking the monies from your bank account it is double that which was quoted. Try to phone them - it would be easier to order a curry on a saturday night. They are a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. Although I do not believe Quotemart are the only party to blame as it appears that BISL LIMITED of Pegasus House Bakewell Road Orton Southgate Peterborough PE2 6YS seems to be the parent company who seem to hide behind the skirts of Quotemart. They take your debit card details and appear to take monies when it suits them - it is not a direct debit which can be cancelled easily.
Quotemart now do not appear to be taking on new customers their site requests you contact Budget for a good quote.

joke of a company cant get through to them for at least half an hour on three seperate occasions before they answer. rude staff about as useful as a chocolate teapot. costs a fortune to make an ammendment and u will need a bank loan to cancel ur policy early!!!

Stay away from these cowboys. I insured a van over the phone and think i spoke to someone in TIM BUCK TOO. Ive just received a letter saying that they have not received my no claims bonus. They never asked me to provide this. Now they are saying that my monthly installments have doubled. I phoned them and the rube man in what ever country said that they had sent me a reminder (absulute rubbish) i had to ask them for a copy of my certificate Twice. Had to get an email copy to tax my van. So they dont post anything!...YE BE WARNED. How can GO COMPARE be not embarresed to use these COWBOYS, or do they own them?

Stay Well Clear From This Money Grabbing Company.
Stay well clear from this money grabbing company. Recently brought a new car and tried to cancel my policy early as i found the cheapest quote to insure the new car on confused.com. I was then told i would have to pay £425 to cancel early. This amount is absurd and adds up to more then just keeping the sold car covered till the end of the policy. I then asked how much it would cost to cover my new car and was told my monnthly direct debits would double to insure it for the remaining 6 months. Considering the first car was in insurance group 5 and the new one is in group 7 it is unbeleiveable that they have the cheek to ask for so much more. I have tried to contact them ever since this first call to sort out this dispute but have been endlesly been put on hold, giving me a ridicuously huge telephone bill. I am giving up trying to contact them and will be canceling my direct debits as soon as possible. I am going to refuse to pay and i am going to contact the ombudsman to complain about this awfull company. Dont let them get away with it everyone should refuse to pay when put in this stupid situation and stand up for whats right!!!!!!!
