Hatfield Porsche Poor Service And Aviva A Poor Bunch
my fault I put petrol into my diesel Cayenne , first of all I was pleased it was covered under my Porsche approved insurance policy and that's where it ends.
reported it to Broker and they did not pass details on to Aviva, so I had to, took a week to get approval for repairs then another 7 days passed.
Was told car been repaired however I could not collect it.
It would appear Porsche are awaiting the cheque from Aviva and when they do receive it they have to wait for the cheque to clear. Bearing in mind these are both huge Companies its me as the customer has to do with out a car for another seven days.
Have phoned Porsche Hatfield and do they return my call yes but only after the third time of chasing.
It would appear that Aviva do operate a approved repair system for body work damage but not for mechanical damage.
So through no fault of my own I am stuck for another 7 days with no car and both Companies don't care. And Porsche Hatfield's customer care is none existent
