Wrong policy detailes and didn't showcase hidden charges .... voluntary deduction of 7000/- included in my policy and wrong policy start date ... even customer care is not responding

This is a fraudster's website, they issue vehicles insurance policies stating 0 depreciation, but guys please don't fall for it before buying the policy get a quotation and get it verified with the Insurance Provider itself, because no aggregate can sell an insurance policy lesser than the Insurance Provider.

I bought a policy from them and the executives while buying said you just have to check on 0 deprecation option available on the portal if you want a 0 dep policy, so I followed as they instructed, and later after a month or so my vehicle met with an accident and I went to claim it and the company inspection officer said it is not a 0 dep policy so you cannot have full coverage of the same. There calculations are all wrong. When tried to contact the so called CEO, the front office says he doesn't live in India and he fools around from sitting in US.

I have already logged a complaint with IRDA and waiting for an response from them.

My suggestion to all who brought there policies from PolicyBachat please do get it cross verified once before you all land up in a mess and escalate the issues directly to IRDA.

Policybachat was the worrest brokerage insurance provider. These guys are worrest employers, when you book a complaint regarding your policy they wont respond to ur complaint, they all are half knowledge employees. Am planning to book a complaint on consumer court for my issue. Please dont beleave these company.

I paid for my car policy on 31.03.16 and till date i have not received any soft copy or hard copy of the insurance and am clueless if i will ever receive it or to go for another insurance ?

Too bad for them to treat a customer in such way and leaving him blindfolded after receiving a payment.

Dont buy any policy from policy bachat. I have bought one car policy on 24 Sep 2015. The representative called me and informed me I will get 4 % cashback on the premium amount from policy bachat on very next day. But stil today I have not got the cash back and when ever i mail the guy he tells me, tomorrow the amount will get credited to your account. So, my suggestion is dont buy any policy from policy bachat.
