They don't contact you, they don't answer the phone it's absolutely disgusting avoid them at all cost someone reversed into my car and I had all the proof markerstudy did nothing to sort my claim and the other party decided to turn around and lie that I drove into her and now 9 months down the line my insurance is effected and they don't care their customers what so ever

If you are going through a broker then ask if they are using Markerstudy , and if so , do not take policy out .

I have never dealt with such an inefficient and untrustworthy company in my 56 years ....... they tell all sorts of stories , put you through to so many different departments , and then blatantly have a different person deal with your call so that you have to go the whole way through the story of the case from the start.

There is no way on earth that a company of this size can not put you through to a certain person , and it is in my opinion that they do this to put you off calling and then they can prolong the case and of course deduct your no claims bonus because they don't sort claim before renewal

I have been dealing with a claim for over 9 months now and been passed from pillar to post with different stories.

I am now raising a claim against them with the insurance ombudsman as they stated two months ago that they were sending a 7 day final letter to the third party giving them 7 days to respond or they will close the file and we will have no claims bonus reinstated and no claims filed against us .

Well , some 7 weeks later this has not happened and i am now demanding to know why as our renewal is coming up ... and you've guessed it , they can not transfer me to the person that is dealing with it .

I have now asked that a manager call me back , but i was told that a manager would call me 2 weeks ago and it never happened .

So , if you are taking out a policy , do not use this shoddy outfit , as you will get the same runaround with no outcome

they should not be allowed to be in business and i will not be using their services again

Marketstudy and Bewiser the broker i took the policy are the worst people I ever had to deal with.

I had an accident 4 weeks ago and the service I have received from market study and the DWS (the garage my car was taken to) in Thurrock is appalling. There is no amount of money in this world that would ever make me take up insurance with Market study insurance ever again. I have found that they have added more stress since the accident and I have found each and every one of their staff that I have spoken to very useless. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.....save yourself the stress and the expense and find another company to use as your insurer. Trust me, you are saving yourself money in the long run and protecting your health.
