Customer Service Is Appalling At Firebond, I Bough
Customer service is appalling at Firebond, I bought a classic car, and insured it, drove it and hated the car, so I called them to cancel it, I was quite prepared to pay cancellation fees, but they said as its been 16 days since you took out the policy, you will have to pay for the whole amount for the year! flabbergasted and annoyed they said if I had done it within 14 days it would have been fine, never got the terms.
