The best Car Insurance provider for us !

Our car been insured with Dial Direct for several years now, but thankfully we've not been involved in any accidents, the only claim requiring roadside assistance, which was provided speedily and allowed us to complete out journey without undue delay. This review therefor is relevant to the value and simplicity in obtaining cover, value and overall efficiency provided by the Insurers. - Firstly the cover provided is Fully comp', protected no claims discount and RAC roadside repair or recovery/transport either to a garage, or to home if repair is not deemed practical. - I have requested that we were informed of any changes to our policy and that I should be advised of policy costs before any automatic renewal thereof, which has always been provided well before the renewal date, leaving me with time to check costs and cover/value with other providers. Not only have they done this, but for the past 2 years they have not only been the best value, but have also provided us with hard copies of the policy costs and details (I still don't trust storage within my computer or The Cloud' !) -In conclusion, I can, for the reasons before, recommend "Dial Direct" and hope to be 'covered' by them for many years to come !

I am very impressed with this company,i have been with them for a few years now,and they have looked after me very well,the renewal price that i received this year,was cheaper than the year before,for the same level of cover,which i am very happy with,and is good value,their website is excellent,and the service centre is very well laid out and easy to use,if you want to make any changes,it is very straightforward,to do so,i am pleased they are looking after my car insurance,and would highly recommend them.

No price hike

Received a reminder email for insurance renewal and was pleasantly surprised that the price hadn't gone up. Like the fact that RAC cover is part of the package plus a courtesy car would be available. Good value for money.

Great and very pleasant experience.

I found my own experience dealing with Dial Direct insurance for my car insurance to be great as it's so easy to follow and to do on line from start to finish step by step in only 4 or 5 steps. And when phoning for any reason they won't keep you on hold for a very long time as other companies and staff are very helpful and friendly .

Their price was very competitive when compared with other companies.

I definitely will recommend it to my family and friends and also going to use them for my house insurance.
