The customer adviser was excellent she was very helpful very understanding which help with to calm down considering I have never made a claim plus the other party that was involved were very abusive towards me and she just kept talking to me I cannot fault anything about her and the way she handled the call

I dealt with a person on live chat, he was very helpful and efficient.

I would like to give the person I dealt with a glowing reference as he talked me through everything that was needed from me. Nothing was too much trouble. This took me nearly 1hour on the phone, I was getting a bit agitated but he was patient with me and talked me through what was needed. I have nothing but a good experience on the phone and would not hesitate to recommend my friends .

The claims handler was very helpful, peronsable and knowledgeable. He made the whole situation easy to deal, which is exactly what people want after an accident which can be a very stressful time.

I would only mention that the time taken was extreme and that a call-back would have been better when I was put on Hold so that you could speak to the other party involved. I have not come across this before when dealing with insurance company's.

I spoke to the person I dealt with on the phone who was able to answer all my questions with regard to what was going to happen next and she was able to sort out the pick up of my car and the Hire car being dropped off...she was very helpful and courteous...
