I waited 18 months for my home claim to clear and they paid me .40 on the dollar. The entire time I waited, they raised my insurance by 1800.00 per year on my home. By going with another company I have saved 3618.00 per year on my home and car!!! the person I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and defensive and the company took forever to clean up the damage. Many problems and all the rumors you hear are true. Go any where else you can@!!!!! I wasted nearly 5,000 in potential savings waiting for them to pay out my claim. THE WORST in customer service, price, professionalism & response.
