Insured through Legal General in York and Brit being their underwriters, as good as left us for Dead. Junction 9 Wendsbury, Northbound I phoned to say front right blow-out, they said have you a spare and I said just changed shortly after comming off the Ferry at Portsmouth at a Shell Station on CCTV, they said "No, you should have called us to change it as you have no Proof now", they refused to turn out and I had to limp it passed the M5 entry point onto the M6 with Zero hard shoulder, very scary, Highways Agency (Skanked) wouldn't supply CCTV to the point of purposely timed me out by saying it was 31 days+ now with their to and fro of written requests. Cut Short - Ombudsman forced Brit Insurance and the Scruttons of General Legal to Pay £300 for abandonment. Went to Kwik-fit at Wendsbury and called recovery to fit the wheel this time at Wendsbury so I could carry on to Wigan with a Proof Change only to be told by General Legal that there is no such paid for policy in force, they abandoned me again even though I was a fully paid up member over many years - One Star is Too Good. Seriously avoid General Legal and never at all trust Highways Agency on handing over their Privately Owned Motorway CCTV Footage, they'll 5kank you of getting it on time constraints with delay tactics saying we need more information, then Whoops!!! it seems we're out of time and events have been overwritten unless you're the Police.

Please do not use any of e.company as I got ripped off "E"general accident. I paid in full for my insurance and up loaded my proof of no claims as requested but they said I have not yet up loaded no claim information.Having up loaded the infomation several times! I wanted to call the company but there is no number is provided on there website! They don't fone you, they don't write to you, they just send you email saying they have cancelled the policy! they don't verify what information is needed I must say this is one of the worst customer service that i have came accross! and with held £100 of the premium they told me that they would take £53 as a cancelation fee but they took £100 of me which i wasn't happy! this is one of the worst company and I would advise any of you not to use e-company's from the experience!
