would not use them again very poor service not very helpful in anything apart from taking your money. avoid

Took out insurance policy with this broker Tradeplan.

Was told I would receive documents in a couple of days, nothing shows up two months later countless phone calls- they will definitely be with you this time mr xxxx, nope you guessed it nothing!!!!!!

Then I call and ask for them to email me a copy , still nothing, this policy costs me over 4k a year, they do not respond to emails. We did a mid check and two of our vans aren't even on it ?

All I can say is beware

Yes they are cheap

A fair bit cheaper than some other big company's BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!!!!!!!

I found out the hard way unfortunately

Getting quotes for my motor trade premises in the past has been a real pain as often the people you speak to dont know what they're on about or they want to sell me a load of cover I dont need.

Trade Plan's staff answered all my questions and weren't too pushy. They saved me a lot of money and also sent my docs out quickly. I couldnt be more pleased. Good company
