SME Insurance Business Insurance

I had business Insurance for two years with SME and in that time my payments were all on time. However when I sold the business in November 2014 I paid the last direct debit on time and then cancelled the policy thinking I might get a refund....... no, on the contrary they sent me a bill for £133.71!!!! I called them and was told it is a charge for taking Direct Debits from another finance company!! Outrageous! this was equivalent to 3 months cover! Never again SME will you get the opportunity to rip me off as my cover will come not from you, or my other business colleagues who all know now. For £133 you have lost a lot of business, cheap shot SME!! Future customers BEWARE!!!
