Peacock Landlords & Liability Insurnace

I recently took out a motor trade insurance policy with peacock insurance services for myself and my mum,the policy was £1150 so I paid £577 upfront and arranged to pay the balance a month later,all the relevant paperwork was sent in I.e driving licence details etc,after just 3 weeks of insurance they cancelled my policy because my mum's phone number pointed to a different name on facebook,not only did they cancel my policy but they also refuse to refund any of my money as there fees and lost commission etc amount to exactly £577 strangely enough,the staff are rude and unhelpful once they have your money,the only reason I've given them 1 star is because it wont let me give them minus 10.

Qucik site - got what i needed at a great price. Looking for landlords insurance following some problems with my old broker, I found the online quote from peacock to be the fastest and cheapest I could find.

I went online for insurance and found these guys to be the lowest in price with a good policy by AXA. I wen to AXA direct and they were more expensive and did not quote online.
