I brought an insurance policy from This Company Countywide nearly 3 years ago, for accident, Sickness and Redundancy, to cover me if I was ever off work.

I was made redundant in October last year after working for my firm for nearly 8 years and I am still awaiting the policy to pay me. They use an underwriter Company AXA (Who are the rudest people I have ever spoken to me in my life)The policy was taken out in good faith, and they are still taking payment from me for the policy, 6 months later I am still awaiting for them to pay me, and still No. They never return calls, very rude on the phone, and always pass the buck onto someone else. Please beaware of the policies that they sell, the they are worth nothing.
