Burke Insurances at WoodQuay Galway refused to give me a full refund for insurance that I ordered online from their website publicliability(dot)ie.
Yes I did agree to the terms when I purchased the insurance and it did state that there would be an administration charge for cancellation but I requested cancellation as soon as I received the public liability receipt so I thought they might make an exception. They deducted €45 and refused to give a full refund. Just be aware that there is a cancellation fee and you will still have to pay some money if you cancel and do not take the insurance.
In my opinion this is unfair and I would not recommend this company. Not happy at all...
