i was with a debt company called chiltern. had 28k that i had run up because of an injury i had an then could not work. i am now back in work and have been put into an iva after a second opinion i got from waterhouse baker because my debts were not clearing. i heard about them on key103 radio station for manchester

i cant that you enough and had to write something about you i dont do this normally.

you have been really helpful and non judgemental about me and i just want to that you. i heard you on radio plymouth and gave a call and from that moment i feel like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Having always in the past dealt with all things financial for my family, it was embarrasing to have to admit that since my husband's death, I had allowed things badly of hand. After speaking to a friendly voice at the other end of a phone, who was able to reassure me that I was not alone, and that things could be done to correct the situation, I put myself totally into the hands of the company. Now, 18 months later, and with everything under control i am able to enjoy my life again rather than looking backwards.

I have used waterhouse baker to put me into an iva. I did some research and so knew what i needed and they confirmed that. I had my creditors meeting last week and everything has been accepted and confirmed by all of my creditors (11 in total). i cant thank you enough.

Waterhouse Baker have claimed back £5,814 for me from my lloyds loan. Very happy. It took about 8 weeks and received the cheque from lloyds in the post a couple of days ago. Thank you very much will recommend.
