debt lifeboat went insolvent and were taken over by harrington brooks ,im currantly with hb am 4 months off paying my debts and wish id gone straight to them they reduced my weekly payments ,and even if i earn more money they still only take normal payment unlike debt lifeboat who used to take more the more i got payed

Having spent the last ten years alone in debt with my partner not aware I was quite astounded when i read an article in the newspaper about the IVA. tried to get a IVA a few years ago but my step daughters horse was considered a luxury item. Now that the horse has sadly passed away I thought I would try again. good news is that i qualified for an iva and my payments were set at 220 per month. the whole process was very smooth...my paperwork was picked up by a legal courier and the iva took about 6 weeks to go live. I was delighted by the ease of the whole iva procedure and would recommend this firm to anyone.

my trade union rep gave me a leaflet on this service and so I called them as soon as i could. as a full time nurse i work odd shifts so was pleased to speak to get advice at 7.30pm on a friday night. i opted for an IVA as it seemed sensible because i wanted to avoid the courts costs of bankruptcy. i was delighted to be offered a face to face appointment but opted to chat and proceed on the phone and by post. Sooooooo happy with the advice i got from my advisor, a chap was richard who was such a nice guy. thank you and i shall be telling my friends

I looked into all the options but after chatting to my boss I decided to go the whole way and go bankrupt. Unlike the other debt advice firms I spoke to this one seemed to have the most time and explained all my options to me in the most detail. In response to the comment below, i had similar financial issues and after extensive Research found uk insolvency to have the right answers, i read the review and spoke to a female but the line got cut off, i called back spoke to a male who im guessing is called fazail or atleast thats the name i heard, anyway a brilliant combination of knowledge and service, he was able to guide me towards an iva, a special thanks to him and his collegue mark, this helpline is recommended, elizabeth
