I found this company via a website and when they contacted me initially, I informed them that I wanted to remortgage with a longer fixed rate period and lower my payments at the same time. Not only did the person I dealt with not take the first part into account but they neglected to take into account my early repayment charge that I would incur with my then mortgage provider. Sadly, a very bad experience and a company to be avoided.
