This company has been serving me for years and my experience is quite mixed. I have no doubt about their expertise, but I feel like they could be a bit more polite and friendly.

I don’t believe all the positive reviews for I experienced otherwise. There is no other term I can associate with Westhill Consulting but rude. They have no patience to explain rather everyone was simply rude. And can you believe it, we even got kicked out! I am never coming back there ever!

So here is my story, I thought they would help me on my tax because I am having a hard time dealing with it for I am sure I cannot do it by my self. But then again, I made the worst decision of my life.

So I had a morning appointment. As soon as I enter their office I had a bad feeling at once. No one greeted me; it’s as if no one entered. Is that a proper way of customer care? So I let it pass thinking maybe they were just busy or something but yet wait until you hear this. No one greeted, that I can take but no customer service is another story. No one bothers to entertain me and not until after an hour I was seated. It looks like one person is licensed and the rest are preparing tax forms or no one knows what they are doing. And then at last someone noticed or should I say bothered to entertain us after several times of me asking them and getting their attention. But guess what, the girl didn’t even say hi or whatever and didn’t even looked at me. How rude!

Then it doesn’t end there, aside from the unfriendly, sluggish customer service and terrible receptionist, their work itself is notably hideous. To think I am only asking for a very basic income tax return, what a waste of time. They ask too many questions and most are irrelevant. Everyone is just so, again, rude, and intimidating. It’s as if they are making you feel ignorant.

This experience is just very odd and I don’t hold that against them but they must not to that kind of service. I understand that it was pretty busy that day but it was not an excuse to treat clients like that. Everyone there were all busy so I thought Westhill Consulting is very popular so I went for them not knowing I’d end up very bitter with them. I am really upset and disgusted with the experience. I don't really have anything good to say about this place plus it's hard to find and the big mishap with my wait time.

I mean what do you really expect, nuh rather do not expect at all because clearly I expected maybe too much and here I got very disappointed.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! If there was an option for negative stars, I'd choose that. don’t undergo with the same disappointment like I did.

I have been dealing with First Financial for over five years and they have continually assisted my company with asset finance for various printing equipment. Most recently, they assisted with one of my larger acquisitions for a new Xerox 700 machine.

Ensuring that we had the latest technology for us to remain competitive was almost critical to my business. When I first considered the equipment I was concerned about difficulties in raising the money needed, given the current financial climate. I went back to First Financial who managed, once again, to obtain a suitable finance package for our company to enable us to make this purchase.

We decided to replace one of our karting fleets which consisted of 50 units. After negotiating with suppliers we needed to raise circa £250,000 to make this purchase possible. We had been contacted by First Financial earlier that year regarding finance requirements for our company and gave them the opportunity to quote for our new acquisition. First Financial managed to offer us a finance package we couldn’t refuse, and once the finance was approved and in place we took delivery of our new fleet.

We have since obtained additional funding for various projects and equipment which have all been via First Financial. As a successful business we always look at other brokers and lenders for quotes, however First Financial always provide us with a great service and competitive rates.

Due to their great service, we have kept in regular contact with First FInancial since obtaining asset finance for an embroidery machine in 2008. As a result of this, we asked them to again arrange the finance for a new embroidery machine and once again it was a smooth and easy process. We would recommend their services to other businesses.

We were introduced to First Financial by one of the suppliers of equipment to our new restaurant. We were looking to arrange finance for the complete re fit to the new premises. As a new start-up restaurant based in the heart of London, we were looking to secure additional funding to the value of £130,000 to ensure our establishment was furnished to the highest possible standard prior to opening.

We were amazed that within just a few weeks First Financial had managed to raise all of the finance required to cover not only our till system, but the full kitchen and restaurant furnishings, which were necessary to enable us to open our restaurant on time. We have also recently obtained additional finance via First Financial for further equipment required within our restaurant.

We had exhausted all avenues of obtaining the necessary funding for our client from traditional funding sources. I contacted First Financial and, within two weeks, the client had agreed terms and received funding from a lender who understood the client’s business. The expert assistance and guidance throughout the process were exemplary, keeping the client and us informed every step of the way. We now have a very delighted client, once again thank you so much for all the hard work you and your team put into this.
