We found Direct Debt Advice on Google and asked for help on their site www.directdebtadvice.co.uk and a couple of weeks later we are starting our IVA!

We are very happy with Direct Debt Advice and the way that they dealt with us. They are pretty friendly (considering the nature of the conversations we were having) but seemed to really know what they were doing, which is most important I think!

The initial advisor was really on the ball, listened to our situation and knew exactly which department to hand us to. It turns out that we were eligible for an IVA, which was great news as a lot of our debt has been written off and the IP and his team arranged everything brilliantly including a monthly payment that we can now afford.

There were other ‘debt solutions’ available with Direct Debt Advice, but this worked best for us. I would recommend them to others; they have a lot of solutions and are really friendly and helpful. They even helped us get a different bank account that has a really interesting way of stopping you from over spending. That in itself is going to be really helpful!

We are very happy with the outcome! Many thanks to DDA and their team, can’t wait to be debt free!.. :D
