I'm sure many people who find themselves in financial trouble have had a look at using a debt management company. I spoke to a handful of them myself and the advice I recieved was varied with each one. I went with debtfish in the end for a couple of reasons - 1) They listened. 2) They told me to speak to other companies before making a decision. I did and called them back shortly after. I have now been with them in a managed repayment plan for almost a year and am quite satisfied my debts are being well managed. Highly recommended service if you need financial help etc.

Thank god for debtfish. I can't tell you how good it was to speak to the staff there having spent 3 years with two other companies who left me (unable to swear) in a shocking state. Debtfish immediatey switched me across to them, didn't charge me a so called setup fee for doing so (all the others do) and then worked very hard to undo the damage the other compnaies did. Turns out some of my 16 creditors were not even getting paid into the right accounts! How can debtfish identify this and get it resolved so quickly when two previous ones couldn't?!!

My debts, thankfully, are now going down and I have even had a letter from each creditor stating the arrangements are agreed and in place which means I can actually rest at night without worrying about the calls and letters demanding money when I thought it had been paid.

I really can't speak more highly of the work df have done and if anyone has ever experienced a problem with their current debt management company, I urge you to call debtfish. (see if you can speak to luke or alison (both exceptional) Thy couldn't do more for me. Every litle detail until the accounts were sorted. Never too much trouble for them AND.... they had a low fee too so go figure?
