I HAD TO SEEK ADVICE ABOUT BANKRUPTCY AS I WAS LEFT WITH AROUND £90,000 OF DEBT BY A LOVING EX. I WAS SCARED BECAUSE OF THE COURT THING AND NOT KNOWING WHERE TO START. IT WAS WORTH GETTING DEBT HELP DIRECT TO HELP ME OUT AND SORT OUT ALL THE PAPER WORK SO IT DID NOT GET REJECTED. AFTER CHERYL HAD SORTED OUT ALL MY PAPERS AND SORTED ME OUT A COURT DATE ALL I HAD TO DO WAS WAIT. I WONT LIE I WAS SCARED OF GOING TO COURT BUT WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS SHOCKED THAT THE PEOPLE THERE ARE HUMAN AFTER ALL. THEY CHECKED MY PAPERS AND I PAID THE COURT FEE AND WAITED AS THE PAPERS WENT OFF TO A JUDGE. AFTER 30MINS MY PAPERS CAME BACK AND I WAS OFF ON MY WAS. I DID NOT EVEN SEE THE JUDGE AT ALL.

I WOULD SAY THO THAT YOU STILL NEED TO TAKE ALL THE THINGS YOU ARE ASKED FOR AS THERE IS THAT CHANCE THAT YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SEE THEM. BUT ITS NOT AT ALL BAD. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE ANYONE THAT IS THINKING ABOUT GOING BANKRUPT TO SEEK ADVICE FROM DEBT HELP DIRECT AND NOT TO TRY DOING IT ALONE AS IF YOU DO ANYTHING WRONG ON THE APPLICATION ALONE IT CAN BE REJECTED.

This company helped me when i was having financial problems. It was one phone call and a few forms to fill in and they took care of all the creditors i owed money too, The process took about 3 months to sort out, In that time i had lots of phone calls letters from people i owed money too, If there was a problem i would email them for advise and there would give me advise this would give me piece of mind.
