Having been with them for several years there appears to be over £10000 of momey paid to them unaccounted for.

This smells of blatant mismanagement and misappropriation.

I have approached the administartors via the web for a full investigation. If this is not satistactory I will look to speak to the Financial Ombudsman with a review to possible criminal proceedings.

I myself was with DCM for 4 years i started getting phone calls from creditors ,I got in touch with DCM who said their payments by cheque had gone astry in the post and it was nothing to worry about.

Two months after that i had a accident and only received one half of my wages i asked them if i could part pay until i resumned work this was o kay by them , two months after i had a phone call from them suggesting i went bankrupt. I stopped paying them straight away and went with another company and have now got an IVA

I agree with all previous comments we also have been a customer for 10 years! promised after 5 years would be debt free but no where near that especially now they have gone into liquidation.

They have thousands of pounds of our money sitting in their bank account and had the cheek to take the payment end of February,when I sure they must have been fully aware of what was about to occur.

Does anyone know if we are protected by a fsi as the banks are?

OMG these people have thousands of pounds of my money. I now find out they have not been making any payments even though I haven't missed a payment to them ever - what the hell do I do now?????

Who can I contact to list myself as someone owed money???

They were happily continuing the lie earlier this week promising to offer a settlement to my creditors. I can't use the words to describe them.

I have been with DCM for three years and should have left them years ago. Broken promises, failure to pay creditors, excuses after excuses now this.

What have they done with all of our money they never paid out? Lined their own pockets now go into liquidation. Money wasted and now to try and get my creditors back on side again.

I just hope they are more open to listen after all this messing around.

As with the guest with ref to DCM. Have also been trying to contact DCM regarding bad management of my account. I too went online this morning and saw that the are in liquidation. What to do next ????

Having had a great deal of trouble with this company and their non payment of instalments to creditors I asked for the balance in my account to be forwarded to me.

This was promised but not done and now after trying for 3 days to make contact I find from their website that they have gone into administration.

Initially, they were good and the man that came to see me reassured me at waht was a very low point in my life. However, this was quite a few years ago and I am still paying a set amount with a number of years left to pay. I find this odd as I was told that after 5 years, I will be debt free. By the time I have finished paying off my debt, I will have paid more to this company than I started with.

I also noticed an admin fee: this was set, yet by my calculations I have far exceeded it.

I would recommend that you investigate free help, like the Citizens Advice Bureau before contacting a 'company' to sort it for you.

I called DCM after being told CCCS would take more than 6 weeks to handle my case.

The lady at DCM was very helpful and the website had a live chat feature that let me discuss a few things with someone before i rang them.

The gentleman debt counsellor came around and although i expected a heavy salesperson type he was actually very normal and spent most of the evening listening to me droll on and fetching me tissues as i got a bit tearful.

in the end it was clear bankruptcy was the best option and i'm about to find out my court date but i'm not worried about it anymore and looking forward to the future.
