If you are stuck in a rut and need help of any kind whether it's advice or to do what I did and start an IVA, then Vincent Bond is the place to go. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They contacted me throughout and made sure that everything was running smoothly. Very friendly staff and when talking to them it didn't feel like I as being judged.

With the stuff I've had to deal with mentally and physically these took a massive burden and turned it around. I now have a 5 year plan in place and look forward to the end of a debt free road.

i was pointed in the direction of Vincent bond by and family friend that had parents using the services who were extremely pleased. i had only part time jobs and was supplementing with a credit card and figured id pay it back when i got a really good job but then i became unemployed and the credit card had a massive limit that was just too tempting too use. then i reached the limit and was still unemployed and struggling along until i set up a debt management plan.

the plan has been great and the staff at vincent bond have been mega helpful and i rarely here from my debtors and when they do call by accident i tell them i'm on a dmp and they leave me alone. also the overall flexability helped me stop being anxiuos of potential future issues like bailliffs turning up at my door and no worries in the event of unemployment etc.

Vincent bond are helping me as i write this and i am being so honest i wouldnt of gone anywhere else you can set up a plan with them and make the payments you want, they contact all your creditors and most of mine have stopped, just the one or two that are getting sorted now, but honestly i have peace of mind and im paying an affordable amount after having a baby its hard but im so much happier and can get on with my life now

I was so pleased with this service I've found it exellent and would definitely recommend it to someone who is in my position.my mind is at total ease so far and hopefully can continue to find this.I also like the fact that you can talk to someone direct straight away and never have to be put on hold or wait on those silly machine calls it's just great and would like to thank all staff who have worked with me on my dmp.

I have had excellent service from every member of staff I have spoken to, before starting on this debt management plan I was really struggling with my debts and Vincent Bond has been such a huge help. Shout out to the person I dealt with who was my original contact there who I am so grateful to for all the help and advice he gave. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with debts, they really do go all out to help and also give you the most affordable option for yourself.

This DMP has been amazing. It was easy to setup, and has completely stopped the spiralling interest and missed/late payments charges and threatening letters. They talked me through the process, made a list of income and outgoings, and then calculated a reasonable amount to repay, before negotiating it with my creditors. Since then 90% of my debts are gone, and they have been happy - and able - to help out when creditors tried reintroducing charges etc. When I had queries about the plan it was simple to email and get a quick response.

Im in the early stages of a DMP, initially I left a contact number on a Sunday afternoon, to my complete suprise I had a call back within minutes of leaving my short message.

From the initial consultation I was put at ease and guided in the right direction by the Vincent Bond staff.

i was contacted by vincent bond usually if i receive a cold call i usually hang up but there was something different about the way adam came across that made me listen, he then put me through to an adviser who if i could nominate for excellent customer service i would i had an extremely hard day at work so hearing from your company is a breath of fresh air i dont think i have been spoken to in such a caring and understanding manner after speaking to them i really had so much hope that finally someone cared and was silling to look after my interests believe me that is rare no wonder your compasny has been voted the best you deserve it i have been working with customers for 18 years i know what works and what does not whatever you are doing works and i am so excited about dealing with this company now i feel there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
