Being in what I would call serious debt ( £20,000+ ) I decided to seek help so after being refused by my bank and building society even though I have enough equity and a good credit rating, very good in fact, I contacted two debt management companies, in my opinion to date moneyexpert.com has advised me of the best options open to me on how to pay off the debt, there is a fee of course but they achieve this through settlements with my creditors, I will update this review weekly and give an open and honest account of all events good or bad.

To date this is whats happened...monthly repayments and length of term agreed,direct debits stopped, appointed an accounts manager,hopefully all works out well but being a sceptic have my doubts although the staff at ME were very reassuring as it is embarasing making that initial phone call...anyway wont bore you much more...update next week..will give ratings based on weekly events hope this helps somebody out there...
