My son had got himself into debt with 2 nr overdrafts and a few pay day loans - he tried to deal with it himself - pride I guess and fortunately chose this company to consolidates his loans - he finally came clean and we cleared his debt with GW - not knowing anything about GW Financial Solutions we were very cynical - they were great from start to finish - good communication and treated my son with respect - I`d highly recommend them if you find yourself in trouble and I`m sure if he'd had to see it through with them he would have been in good hands

When i started my plan with gw money it was very hard to see a future but with there help today i am debt free and all the thanks go to the team i delt with an agent mostly and she was always understanding, they made it very easy all i did was pay each month. the letters stopped coming and it made my life a lot better.The whole team were always very nice and nothing was too much for them.

Awful company, you will not find them on Trustpilot as their reputation is very poor.

Make promises during their sales pitch that are untrue.

After being misled to over the phone they now refuse to answer my emails as they don’t want to reply in writing.

3 different people from the same office all saying different things.

Stating that they will close my file at the end of May, but they expect me to keep paying until October, this I have in a letter they posted to me.

Don’t take notice of their rating on here as most of the reviews are fake.

Steer clear of you will be disappointed!

Excellent company, I can’t thank them enough for their help getting me debt free in 3 years.

They are so kind and helpful and ring you to check up on you every few weeks.

I’d highly recommend this company, yes they take a cut of what you pay them and so they should! They deserve it.

I used this company for my debt management plan. They were excellent in all means. Great communication, very reasonable. They manage everything for you, so you don't have to deal with any of your debtors.

The most work you need to do is to send them the correspondence you received from your debtors in the provided envelope.

The only thing is that I calculated how much I paid for them as service fee during the years I was a customer. I could have saved up some money if I tried to pay back as much as I could monthly.

Overall I am a happy customer.

GW finance are a great DEBT Management co. Always very helpful, very understanding and you know exactly where you stand as regards payment etc. They make sure you have enough money to pay your debts.

Where do I start... This company helped me out massively, I was in a bad position financially and didn't really know where to head. I was allocated a financial advisor to help me out with my finances and how I can manage payments with my outgoing and ingoing's. The constant communication was second to none, I was guided through the whole process from start to finish. I even was given help when I wanted to increase my monthly payments. GW Financial Solutions and all the team I would like to say thank you for your time and effort in managing my finances and making me debt free, safe to say the 18 year old me wont make the same mistake again with payday loans. Definitely recommend!

I spoke to this company last week and it was suggested a debt management plan. So I’m like ok let’s get this done and my figure was around £12000. I was getting a call back on Monday from a guy. But I later found something they didn’t mention

1. Interest and fees not frozen

2. They take half the first four payments as fees

3. Finally they take 17 per cent of all payments

Give me a debt increase of 2,800

But a company called trust deed Scotland advised against a Debt management plan and was more towards a DAS.

37 months for £345 all you need is a new bank account not attached to the debt and no fees ( fees bourne by the credits)

So GW also call and text from a variety of numbers with misleading information.
