Rude Operatives

I have received several calls over the last couple of weeks from this company Fresh Start. I was off work last week and answered several calls and went through the options with different call operatives but it is not something that I need help with, so I asked could my number be removed from the mailing list as I am usually at work during the day and only use my phones for emergencies. My husband has a terminal condition. I was assured this had been done, but sadly no. My number was called yesterday evening, and again today. I answered the call today and asked the operative why,I am still getting the calls as I have specified its not a service I need or want and I should have been removed form the mailing list. I did not raise my voice, I do not swear. I had the phone on loud speaker as I was preparing my dinner after being at work all day. To say the operative was extremely rude to me was an understatement.

He told me that I had put my name on the list for a call. I told him I had not, I had recently entered some competitions, he told me I was a mug,Ii would never win anything and was just giving your company £50 commission to access my details. He then continued a tirade of abuse, talking about payday loans, my bad credit rating, which was a 0 he told me etc etc. To say I am upset about his comments is an understatement. I work hard, my husband is dying from a terminal illness and I really dont need this rude man who kept saying, you understand, blah blah blah over and over a gain. My neighbour walked in and was appalled at the way this man spoke to me.

I will be making an official complaint to OFCOM about this practice of daily phone calls even though I have clearly spoken to several people and been polite. To receive abuse from this man is not acceptable. With his attitude he should not be working in a call centre.

I would like you to investigate who this person was that was rude to me. He was rude and it was uncalled for. He called my number  at 17.34pm on 21st April 2015.. If I do not hear from you I will go public about the poor behaviour of this operative. I am sure you run a respectful company as I have seen you defending your company on whocallsme.

Abusive Voice Mail Left

For the attention of your Chief Executive,

I am contacting you on behalf of a colleague who has been receiving a ridiculous amount of unwanted calls from your company. She has blocked your number to avoid anymore distress and disruption to her life.

Sadly at your end one of your advisors/colleagues i'm afraid I refuse to use word "Customer Service Advisor" as this is not what she is has left a shall we say offence/malicious and extremely upsetting voice mail on my colleagues phone.

It may be wise to train your staff on how to use soft skills and remember that other peoples phones click to vm and not to talk about them in a disrespectful manner while their voice mail is running, and of course not to swear several times down the line.

I would like an outcome of this complaint and will be happy to send you the voice mail which is saved on her phone before this goes any further.

We are finding it incredibly difficult at the moment due to being so angry at this voicemail to not call the police and get social media involved.

Please promptly reply to my complaint.

Well done - I've just received three unsolicited calls from them in the last 15 minutes and another three eariler in the week. . Never heard of them before and never want to again. Harassment is the word, They're sharks of the worst kind. I can look after myself but imagine what effect this intimidating continuous calling would have on someone elderly or nervous.

Hounded By A Company

I am sick to death of receiving calls from this company saying in with them when I am not !!!! And when you tell them that your not with them they say I will be getting transferred to them . When clearly I won't . Upto six phone calls a day n when you say to them your not interested they say but we can help . You wouldn't be with the debt management company for a long period of time you would come over to us . They clearly don't listen to a word you say also say they have only phoned you once when clearly I can check my call logs and it's clearly them . They want reporting to the financial ombudsman because what they are doing is completely and utterly harrssment I fact I think I will report them myself !!! Steer we'll clear or these animals . If you would like a proper debt management company who actually so sort things out for you and are friendly and actually give a dam then fresh start uk is an actual debt management company who don't harass you and do help you . They are based in hull and the people you talk to on the other end of the phone are lovely . Just two I have dealt with  help me out with everything I need help with

Awful

I have been receiving texts from these people for days. When they called, I answered, and after hearing who they were, told them I wasn't interested. The guy put the phone down on me without another word. I did not give them permission to contact me and I don't know how they got my details. An absolutely rude and ridiculous way of running things.

THEY WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE

ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MY DETAILS TO BE REMOVED, STILL BEING CONTACTED 2/3 TIMES A DAY

WHEN I TOLD THE 'ADVISOR' MY DEBTS HAD BEEN WRITEN OFF HE SAID 'I DONT THINK THEY HAVE MATE'

Best Thing Iv'e Done Letting Freshstart Help Me.

The staff at freshstart treat you like family.the moment I signed up with them they told me everything I needed to know about being on a financial management plan.how they pay my creditors. my debt consultant treated me with respect.I was at wits end with my debts didn't know what to do until I was contacted by freshstart.I suffer from severe psychotic depression which I had for a long time and these debts where making it worse..since being on the plan for only eight weeks I decided to leave them for another company .they said freshstart were ripping me off because how much I was paying each month to them.they said join us it will be cheaper with them.that's why l left. She phoned me up we had a good chat and worked out that my payments were roughly the same and because freshstart had already started paying my creditors.I decided to go back with them.so everyone stop slagging them off they are doing a brilliant job.Glad to be with them.best team out there.

Do Not Deal With These Arrogant Scumbags

industry sharks, have REPEATEDLY asked them to remove my details and they persist in calling. They are preying on people with debts and just make the situation worse.

Lie about where your details came from.

Think they can 'advise' you on your finances, the guy who called me probably doesnt know how to spend his pocket money... stear clear!

Disgusting - Multiple Calls & A Rude Advisor

I am a Training Manager, working within a sales driven contact centre - we are also regulated by the FCA. However, if my sales teams behaved the way yours do I would be ashamed!

This is excessive and annoying - even if you are on automatic diallers this is not good practice.

When I finally answered the call, it took 5-10 seconds for the call to connect and your Advisor was rude and abrupt when I asked him to remove me from your mailing list.

Do not call me again.

i have had so many calls from this company and i haven't asked for any loans credit or debt help. I am fed up with the calls. STOP CALLING ME
