Fresh Start UK was absolutely brilliant, very helpful and understanding. Always available on the phone or by emails with quick responses, and when I was worried about some of the awful letters, emails, texts and phone calls that I would receive in the early days they were always able to put my mind at ease and resolve they always resolved the situation in a very efficient manner.

I contacted Fresh Start almost 4 years ago after years of irresponsible lending had landed me in a never ending pit of debt that I kept digging deeper into.

Fresh Start were incredibly helpful from start to finish and made everything so easy, the burden of constant calls from creditors and debt collection companies stopped almost immediately and I was able to carry on with my life knowing things were moving in the right direction.

I was a little dubious about the fees at first, having so much debt left me concerned about paying more money out! But they really did work around what I could afford, and for the amount of effort they put in, help they provided and the sense of relief it gave knowing that it was being taken care of made it well worth the investment.

I'm currently in a much better position financially and was able to finish off my plan with a full and final settlement to my last remaining creditors, which Fresh Start negotiated for me. I've just received my 'farewell' email after paying off all of my creditors and I couldn't be happier!

I have been with fresh start for over a year now. My account manager is so helpful and always there to answer my question. Due to my wotking hours, we talk a lot over email, which is a big help! I am kept up to date with all my creditors and haven't heard from any recently! I never have to worry about my account as I know it's in safe hands. I guess I don't always need to contact my account manager much as things seem to tick along nicely =]

I can't explain in words fully enough how amazing this company is. The call Staff are very friendly and helpful, which is rare to see in any company, large or small. My first ever company for a debt management plan, and i must say they are the best at what they do. They always make sure you are well looked after. Call centre is full of nice employers who talk you through it all. They really know what they are doing. I would recommend them to everyone.
